SHIPPING POLICY

As all items are made handmade to order, our aim is to ship within 4-6 weeks.

All items are sent via 2nd Class signed for Royal Mail post which usually takes between 1-5 working days once posted.

Shipping will be charged at £3.80 for large letter boxes or £4.50 for small parcels.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your handmade item. If you have any issues on receipt of your products, no matter how small, please get in touch as soon as possible.

These products are handmade to order so refunds are not permitted unless the item is faulty. Please contact us within 14 days to discuss.

Incorrect washing or care of your products is not considered as faulty. If an item is faulty a full refund or replacement will be made after return and inspection of the item.
