Subscription

By subscribing to Little Bear Children’s Wear Subscription Box, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

1. Subscription Period & Payment: The 12 month subscription is set to automatically renew once per month on the date you first subscribe for at least 12 months until you cancel your subscription*. All fees are non-refundable. After 12 months, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. 

2 Shipping: Items will be shipped to the address provided during the signup process. Any changes to the shipping address must be made at least two days prior to the shipping date.

3. Amendments: Subscriptions cannot be amended or modified less than two weeks prior to the postage date.

4. Cancellation:  You may cancel your subscription at any time, but if cancelled on the months between your subscription box shipments, these payments will not be refundable, and you will not receive the box in the shipment month.

5. Bonus Box : Bonus items will be delivered once 12 consecutive payments have been made and will be included in your 4th box.

6. Product Availability: Products included in the subscription may vary based on availability. Little Bear Children's Wear reserves, the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. Prints, colours and interests are used as a guide only and are not guaranteed. 

7. Liabilities and warranty: Please contact us at LittleBearchildrenswear@gmail.com if you have any shipping or delivery issues.

8. Faulty products: If you believe the product you have received may have a fault, please contact us within 14 days including your order details and any relevant pictures at Littlebearchildrenswear@gmail.com

9. Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy in terms of service.

10. Returns: Please Follow our shipping and return policy for return guidance.

11. Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction, where Little Bear Children's Wear operates.

12. Changes to terms: Little Bear Children's Wear reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with notice provided to current subscribers. Continued use of the subscription service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Product information: Signing up to a Little Bear Cubscription Box means you will receive a subscription box every three months. Signing up to the additional birthday box, this means you will receive a birthday box in your child’s birthday month. At least one of the prints in your box will be exclusive to little bear children’s wear.
